Then the next day you're going to eat a small amount of lunch and dinner . You can have either 2 cups of skim milk for breakfast or 2 cups of skim milk with 1 egg and a few slices of toast. For lunch, you can have either 3 ounces of tuna mixed with mayonnaise and eaten on a sandwich, or 4 ounces chicken strips with mustard and ketchup on a sandwich.

For dinner, you're going to eat 4 ounces of steak mixed with French fries and mashed potatoes. This meal is actually very important to the diet plan because you want to eat a lot so that when you start losing weight and your stomach shrinks, it won't be as noticeable.

Now even though these are just the general guidelines to eating, there are some things that you should do and most definitely some things that you should not do while on this diet plan. For one thing, make sure that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day while on this diet plan. It will help in weight loss as well as alleviating a lot of the headaches that come with hunger. Also, make sure that you stay away from ice-cream and chocolates and anything else like them. This will slow down weight loss and it will only make you fatter.

In addition to that, make sure that you exercise once every day while on this diet plan. If you thought that we were going to have you running laps then think again! It's best to do some house chores since it would be easier on your body than actual exercise.

But for whatever reason, if your body is changing too quickly for your liking then feel free to eat some fruit. This can help slow down body fat composition, but only do this if it's necessary.

Lastly for the diet plan , make sure that you buy a lot of cabbage or any other vegetable with a large volume despite its small weight . This way, you're guaranteed to feel full without eating too much of the same type of food.

After the 7 days are up, make sure that you don't go back to your old eating habits. It's best to eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals. This will help you increase your metabolism and keep you from gaining weight.

If you follow all the instructions on the diet plan and avoid any problems, then by the end of the week, your weight has dropped from 100 pounds to 80. With this loss of weight, you can be sure that you will have more self-confidence in yourself and that your confidence will attract more people to your side.

When you do go back to your old eating habits, it's best to start off with plenty of exercise. This diet plan is just for a week or so, but it's not for a lifetime!
