"Pick a diet that works for you, not one based on what's popular or most liked. You can't really find happiness by following other people's opinions and what is/isn't 'possible.' What is possible for one person may not be for another. Follow what you know will make you happy, don't just follow what other people say." Most people want the same kind of things – we want good health, happiness, and the ability to do things we love.
